Ane Ohm, President
Ane has more than 15 years experience in operations, finance, marketing, and human resources. Prior to joining LaserNet in 2009, she served as Vice President at Pinstripe, Inc., where she played an instrumental role in the company’s rapid growth in recruitment process outsourcing. Before joining Pinstripe, Ane held various leadership roles at Strong Financial Corporation, including Vice President and Director of Mutual Fund Administration. While there, she led the team that designed Strong’s award-winning customer statements and oversaw the production of marketing collateral, fulfillment materials, and statement printing.
 
Sam Kluck, Vice President-Sales
Sam has 30 years of experience in the document management service market and has fulfilled roles in management, operations, customer service and sales.  As one of LaserNet’s original founders, Sam has played a vital role in developing strong relationships with our client base.  While we frequently rely on Sam’s depth of knowledge and excellent problem solving skills, we love working with him because of his great sense of humor, energy, and a never-ending desire to help his clients and coworkers.
 
Mark Schlicht, Sales Director
Mark has nearly 20 years experience serving the healthcare industry in a number of senior sales and service roles at firms such as Mediserve Inc., SU Group, and Royal & SunAlliance. His background also includes specific healthcare experience performing radiologic services at Columbia Hospital.  When you work with Mark, it is evident that he loves what he does.  He's passionate about identifying cost-effective solutions to healthcare challenges and looks forward to expanding LaserNet's presence within the marketplace.
 
Carrie Romandine, Vice President-Solution Design
Carrie has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Her experience includes more than a decade on the payer side for a Fortune 500 health insurance company, where she created and implemented new product and tool solutions for employers, employees, and providers. Carrie has also spent recent years as a consultant, working directly with providers with HIPAA compliance, process improvement, billing and coding education, provider/payer contract negotiations, training, and revenue cycle management reviews.  With Carrie’s eagle eye for detail and unending ability to find innovative solutions for each new challenge, our clients receive proven solutions customized to meet their needs.
 
Chris Mette, Operations Manager
Chris brought over 20 years of customer service experience to LaserNet when he joined us in 2004.  With a long track record in the document archival industry, he has opened new offices and managed operations in Indianapolis, Houston, Atlanta, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and now Wisconsin - while never forgetting his hometown of Detroit.  Whether it's working directly with a client to deliver exceptional service, improving an internal process, or helping his team achieve new levels of performance, we always can count on Chris to have a smile, a joke, and a can-do attitude.
 
Jill Heinze, Client Relations
Jill has been with LaserNet since 2004, working in the mailroom and with the digital printer until moving full-time to her Client Relations position. Her previous work experience has served her well in this role, as she held customer service and event planning roles in several industries. Jill always has a smile on her face, regardless of the challenges presented by the day. She tells us that she looks forward to speaking with our clients and she really enjoys helping to solve their problems. With her strong attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of our operations, Jill is an excellent client contact to get things done.
